Before we start: construction finished, debris removed, and power, water and lights on. If conditions differ from your photos, we quote the difference before doing any extra work

Not included unless quoted: paint overspray, adhesive, caulk or heavy grout haze, debris hauling, exterior windows, work above 12 ft, HVAC ducts, and hazardous materials (asbestos, lead, mold)
