ABOUT US

Our Story

Cornerstone Cleaning was founded in San Jose in late 2025 by Kaddis King around one simple idea: a clean isn’t finished until every room has been checked against the checklist.

Since then we've cleaned for more than 500 clients across the South Bay and Tri-Valley, from apartments and family homes to rentals and offices, and earned over 300 reviews across platforms (4.9★ on Google).

Every team is background-checked and insured and follows the same detailed checklist. Every visit ends with a quality check, and anything we missed is fixed free within 24 hours.

Today our teams clean homes and offices in San Jose, Sunnyvale, Santa Clara, Mountain View, Cupertino, Campbell, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Milpitas, Los Altos, Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Redwood City, Fremont, Pleasanton, Dublin and San Ramon. We offer Standard, Deep and Move-In/Move-Out cleaning, recurring service (weekly, every 2 or 3 weeks, or monthly), plus post-construction, commercial and carpet cleaning.

Booking is simple: get your price online in under a minute, we confirm your time by text, a team arrives with all supplies, and the team checks its work before leaving. Pricing is flat and upfront, based on your home's size and the service you choose, never by the hour.
