Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Cornerstone Cleaning Services LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of our website and cleaning services.

By accessing our website, booking our services, or engaging with our company in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

Services Provided

1.1 Description of Services

Cornerstone Cleaning Services LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Standard house cleaning

  • Deep cleaning services

  • Move-in/move-out cleaning

  • Recurring cleaning services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)

  • Custom cleaning packages

1.2 Service Customization

Services are customized based on client needs and property specifications. Specific service details will be confirmed during booking and outlined in your service agreement or confirmation email.

1.3 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of services.

Booking and Scheduling

2.1 Service Requests

Service requests may be made through:

  • Our website booking system

  • Phone calls

  • Email correspondence

  • Text message (for existing clients)

2.2 Booking Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written or verbal confirmation from us.

2.3 Scheduling Changes

Client-Initiated Changes:

  • Changes to scheduled appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Requests made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to availability

Company-Initiated Changes:

  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify you if we need to reschedule

  • We will work with you to find an alternative time that suits your schedule

2.4 Access to Property

You are responsible for ensuring our team has access to your property at the scheduled time. This includes:

  • Providing keys, access codes, or lockbox information

  • Ensuring gates, doors, and necessary areas are accessible

  • Arranging for someone to be present if required

If our team cannot access your property, you may be charged a service call fee.

Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

Service pricing is based on:

  • Size of property (square footage, number of rooms)

  • Type of service requested

  • Frequency of service

  • Condition of property

  • Special requests or add-on services

Prices quoted are estimates and may be adjusted if actual conditions differ significantly from what was described during booking.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

  • Debit cards

  • Bank transfers (for commercial accounts)

  • Cash or check (at our discretion)

3.3 Payment Terms

One-Time Services: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.

Recurring Services: Payment is due on the day of service or according to the billing schedule agreed upon.

Commercial Accounts: Payment terms may vary and will be specified in separate commercial agreements.

3.4 Late Payments

Late payments may result in:

  • Late fees of $25 or 1.5% per month (whichever is greater)

  • Suspension of services until account is current

  • Collection actions for severely delinquent accounts

3.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. For recurring services, we will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price increases.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Client Cancellations

24+ Hours Notice:

  • Full refund or rescheduling available

  • No cancellation fee

Less Than 24 Hours Notice:

  • Cancellation fee of 50% of service cost

  • Or option to reschedule (one-time courtesy)

Same-Day Cancellations or No-Shows:

  • Full service fee charged

  • No refund available

4.2 Recurring Service Cancellations

To cancel recurring services:

  • Provide at least 48 hours notice before next scheduled appointment

  • Cancellation can be done via phone, email, or through your account

  • You will not be charged for future appointments after proper cancellation

4.3 Company Cancellations

If we need to cancel your appointment:

  • We will provide as much advance notice as possible

  • You will not be charged

  • We will work to reschedule at your convenience

  • You may cancel without penalty if rescheduling doesn't work

4.4 Refund Policy

Full Refunds Available:

  • Service not performed as scheduled (our fault)

  • Significant quality issues reported within 24 hours and confirmed by management

Partial Refunds:

  • May be offered for minor issues or missed areas

  • At our discretion after review

No Refunds:

  • Subjective dissatisfaction with cleaning standards (we will offer re-cleaning)

  • Issues not reported within 24 hours of service

  • Pre-existing conditions or damage

  • Normal wear and tear

4.5 Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional charge.

Client Responsibilities

5.1 Property Preparation

You agree to:

  • Remove clutter and personal items from surfaces to be cleaned

  • Secure valuables, jewelry, cash, and important documents

  • Remove fragile or irreplaceable items from cleaning areas

  • Inform us of any delicate or special-care items

  • Provide appropriate cleaning supplies if you have specific product preferences

5.2 Pet Safety

If you have pets:

  • Inform us during booking about pets

  • Secure aggressive or anxious pets in a separate area

  • Provide instructions for pet interactions

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or leave if we feel unsafe due to pet behavior

5.3 Safe Working Environment

You must provide:

  • Adequate lighting in all areas to be cleaned

  • Working utilities (water, electricity)

  • Safe access to all areas

  • Disclosure of any hazardous conditions

5.4 Prohibited Areas

You must inform us of any areas that are off-limits or contain hazardous materials.

Our Responsibilities and Service Standards

6.1 Professional Service

We will:

  • Arrive within the scheduled time window (or notify you of delays)

  • Use professional-grade cleaning products and equipment

  • Employ trained and background-checked staff

  • Treat your property with respect and care

  • Follow your specific instructions and preferences

6.2 Cleaning Products

We typically use our own professional cleaning supplies. If you prefer specific products due to allergies or preferences, please inform us in advance.

6.3 Quality Assurance

We maintain quality standards through:

  • Staff training and supervision

  • Quality control checks

  • Customer feedback review

  • Continuous improvement processes

Liability and Limitations

7.1 Property Damage

Our Liability:

  • We carry general liability insurance

  • We are responsible for damage caused by our negligence or improper cleaning methods

  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service

  • We will repair or reimburse for verified damages up to policy limits

Our Limitations:

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage

  • We are not liable for damage to items not properly secured by the client

  • We are not liable for normal wear and tear

  • We are not liable for damage caused by defective property conditions

7.2 Lost or Stolen Items

Important Notice:

  • We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen items

  • Secure all valuables, jewelry, cash, documents, and personal items before our arrival

  • Our staff is background-checked, but we strongly recommend securing valuables

  • Report any missing items within 24 hours

7.3 Personal Injury

We carry workers' compensation insurance for our employees. We are not liable for injuries to clients or third parties except where caused by our gross negligence.

7.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  • We are not liable for loss of use, loss of profits, or any other economic losses

7.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public health emergencies

  • Government restrictions

  • Utility failures

  • Labor disputes

 

Insurance and Bonding

Cornerstone Cleaning Services LLC maintains:

  • General liability insurance

  • Workers' compensation insurance (if applicable)

  • Bonding (if applicable)

Proof of insurance is available upon request.

 

Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

 

Intellectual Property

10.1 Website Content

Survival
